Wire mesh and wire grids
Wire mesh according to DIN 4192 HL wire mesh in square and long mesh finish
HL wire mesh in square and long mesh finish are crimped and mechanically woven under pre-stressing to a tight compound. This gives the mesh a high vibration strength and long service life. Materials Spring steel, Material No. 1.0500, Manganese cast steel, Material No. 1.0516, Stainless steel, Heat-resistant steel Form A: Form C: |
Wire grids according to DIN 4192 Form E (Type Dovex) HL wire grids, Type Dovex Form E
Dovex wire grids made of round wire have a completely smooth screen surface. Due to one side smooth surface there is given only little abrasion resistance to the screening material having therewith a favorable influence on the service life of the grid. Through double anchoring at the wire crossings, the wire grid is additionally provided with a tight mesh compound enabling to give with it a constant mesh strength and a precise mesh positioning. Materials Spring steel, Material No. 1.0500, Manganese cast steel, Material No. 1.0516, Stainless steel, Heat-resistant steel |
Wire grid according to DIN 4192 (Type Rastex) Type RASTEX wire grids are like DOVEX but these are made of high-profile wire and have a completely smooth screen surface. Mesh precision is here also ensured by double anchoring at wire crossings. Through the highly-rising wedge profiles, clogging and sticking grain can be avoided. Materials Manganese cast steel, Material No. 1.0495 |
Wire grids according to DIN 4192 (pressure-welded grids) HL wire grid, type pressure-welded grid Form F The round steel bars connected by using electric resistance welding give the screen panel a tight mesh compound. By this a fixed and completely precise mesh uniformity is provided. Materials Manganese weldable special steel, Material No. 1.0415 |
