The product is fed into the vacuum tank from its liquid form to remove the air bubbles, which passes on the rotating distribution plate. The liquid is then distributed onto the spin plate with printing to a thin layer and sprayed with a ring of sieve in the tank. The air pockets expand under vacuum, the blisters burst open and the vacated inclusions extracted from the vacuum pump.
